Talking with MUSD Parent Liaison June Shull about all of the accomplishments of the Native American Education Program, one has to wonder what could she do to improve this year over last year. There were so many projects and parent/child involvement programs that Ms. Schull must have a hard time just thinking of new activities to begin. This is a short list of what was accomplished during the 2009 - 2010 school year:

1. Increased their Title VII student count by 98 students, resulting in an increase in their program budget.
2. Had a tutoring program at Saddleback Elementary School that served 14 kindergarten through 5th grade students.
